All products (traditional costumes and opanci) are handmade, following the traditions and standards of KIRI Workshop.
Product photos on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product (in color shade, natural leather texture, handmade details, etc.).
3. Prices
Due to the specificity of the products, please send an inquiry to receive the exact price.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through the opanci.com website or by phone.
Payment is possible via cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other methods clearly indicated on the website.
After a successful order, you will receive confirmation via email or phone.
5. Delivery
We deliver products within Serbia and internationally via courier services.
Delivery costs are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery time depends on product availability and destination.
6. Complaints and Returns
The buyer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia.
Complaints are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned unused, in the original packaging, along with the fiscal receipt.
Refunds or exchanges are made after KIRI Workshop confirms the validity of the complaint.
7. Privacy Protection
Your personal data (name, address, email, phone) are used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.
The site uses cookies to improve user experience.
8. Liability
KIRI Workshop is not responsible for any errors in product descriptions or delays caused by courier services.
The buyer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any damages in a timely manner.
