Delivery

Our workshop “KIRI” is located in Belgrade, but we ship our products to customers worldwide.

Shipping:

• Within Serbia – via POST express, within 2–5 business days, or you can pick up the order in our store.

• International – via POST export or FedEx, delivery time depends on the destination country.

Payment:

• In-store: cash.

• Online orders: for Serbia in RSD (Serbian dinars), payment is cash on delivery; for international orders, advance payment is made to a foreign currency account in EUR before shipping.

Invoices and receipts:
For every purchased product, we issue a full fiscal receipt or invoice in accordance with the law.
